Lease from Arthur Gregory of Stivechale esq., at the request of Thomas Gregory his father, to Edward Geaste of Kingesnorton, co. Worcs., yeoman, and John Feilde of the same, yeoman, of a messuage with `the Shopp, cellers and gardein' thereto belonging in Smythford Street over against the Broade gate there and all those closes of pasture commonly called the Duncroftes alias Dunfieldes and Dun Ridinges lying in the hamlet of Asthull in the parish of Stivechalle; to hold to the use of Anne Gregory wife of the said Thomas after the death of the said Thomas for a term of 50 years if the said Anne should so long live paying therefor suit of court to the lord of the manor of Stivechale.
