Description

Lease with warranty from Joylinus de Stivechale to Richard de Esseby in Coventr' of half a virgate of meadow in the common meadow of Stivechale lying between the bridge of Bathekynton' and le Lowemulne; to hold of the said Joylinus with free entry for pasturing his (Richard's) cattle after the meadow has been cut for a term of 10 years; and for this the said Richard gives 1 mark. Witnesses: Ralph de Wytele, Adam de Okes of the same, Adam Myle of the same, William de Liston' in Stivechale, John de Barwe, Ranulph son of Hugh of the same, Robert le Wodeward of the same, Alexander his brother of the same and others.
