Description

Copy of the court roll of Stychall', 7 May, 17 Henry VI, recording that Thomas Warmyngton' and Edmund Brodgreve came and took from the lord a pool at Stychall' to hold from Michaelmas last for a term of 30 years, rendering annually 2 shillings at the usual terms; and the said Thomas and Edmund did fealty and were admitted as tenants. Sealed by the steward, Walter Tottesden'. Seal on tongue; circular, red. A stag springing.
