The Reverend William Gardner Melville of Stratford-upon-Avon in the county of Warwick, Clerk in Holy Orders (present vicar) and churchwardens (named) 1 to 2 all that piece or parcel of land situate at the rear of the west side of Evesham Place, Stratford-upon-Avon, in the county of Warwick, and the building known as the "Parish Parlour" together with the roadway leading from Evesham Place to the said piece or place of land subject to the right to pass of the owners or occupiers of land on the north east and south east side of the land. Powers of management delegated to 3 to allow or permit the said "Parish Parlour" to be used as a Parish Mission Church Sunday School or Meeting Room for Scoail Parochial or Philanthropic purposes and for any other purpose having in view the spiritual, intellectual, moral, social or physical wants of the inhabitants of the parish, ecclesiastical district or area.
