Description

Lease from John Waid, Richard Smyth, William Hopkyns, Richard Hopkyns, Julynes Herrynge and William Phynes, feoffees of lands given by Elizabeth Swillyngton for the maintenance of the high-ways about the city of Coventr', to Thomas Proctor of Keresley, yeoman, for 20 shillings, of a croft in Keresley called the `longe croft' (part of the said land for the maintenance of the highways) except the wood and trees growing therein; to hold of the said feoffees from the feast of St. Michael next ensuring for a term of 21 years paying annually 20 shillings (2 terms).
