Description

Gift with warranty from Robert de Barwe of Styvechale to John Halon, chaplain, of a piece of land in the said vill measuring in breadth 40 feet and in length 46 feet between the land of William Canleye and the land of the said Robert in breadth and extending in length from the churchyard of the said vill as far as the land of the said Robert; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee for due and customary service and rendering annually to the said Robert one penny (2 terms). Witnesses: Edmund Hord, William Gylkus, John Merton', Stephen Bedull', John Deye and others. Dated at Styvechale, 24 December 7 Richard II. Seal on tag; circular, red.
