Gift in frankalmoign with warranty from Ranulph de Stivechale to God and the church of the Blessed Mary of Coventr' and the monks there serving God of a piece of land in the fields of Stivechale lying below the park of Coventr' next the lane leading to Stivechale; to hold of the said Ranulph for ever. Witnesses: Viel de Folkeshull', Anketil de Wikewaue, William de Wilnehal', Richard de Fonte, William son of Humphrey, John de Kannel', Reginald de Withibroch', Richard de Bukervill', Roger the clerk and others. Seal on tag; circular, brown, damaged. A fleur de lis.
