William Oakes Hunt and Henry Oliver Hunt, Stratford-upon-Avon, gentlemen, trustees. Settlement of Mount Pleasant Farm, Shottery: moiety of Dog Kennel Close on trustees to sell and invest On Trust for interest and dividends to be paid to Ann Evans for life for her own use and after her death to pay equally for lives to Roger Reaney and Ann Evans, mother of the said Ann Evans, then all to survivor. Final trust for benefit of any children of marriage at age 21 or marriage interest to be used for education during minority. If no children then to benefit of the right heirs of the said Ann as if she had died intestate and unmarried
