Description

Quitclaim from John Parker, draper of Coventre, to William Deye son of John Deye of Styvechale of all his right in a capital messuage with all the arable land and meadow adjoining in the vill and fields of Styvechale which once belonged to Robert de Barwe, and which the said John, with the said William Deye, had by the gift of Thomas Pynchebek' of Coventre; with the further quitclaim of a toft and one and a half acres of arable land in the vill and fields of Styvechale which the said William had by the gift of the grantor. Witnesses: John Leder, mayor, Henry Peyto and John Golofre, bailiffs of the city of Coventr', Robert Lirpole, William Prentis, clerk and others. Dated at Coventr', 6 March, 8 Henry V Seal on tag; circular, red. The letters IP between two palm leaves.
