Description

Demise with warranty from John Clerk' of Styvichale the elder to Joan Atherbury of three acres of land with adjacent parcels of meadow with appurtenances in Styvichale of which one acre lies on le Mulnehull' and extends as far as le Heye; and one acre lies next to le Sydeyerdhegge and extends upon Crassewellemedewe; and one selion lies in le Netherfeld' and extends upon Crassewellemedowe; and one selion lies next to Sydeyerdputtes and extends onto the road leading towards Bakynton'; to hold for the life of the said Joan, rendering annually one rose on the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist.
