Right and left hand indentures of a fine levied Michaelmas term 16 Elizabeth, between Robert Turnor, gent., plaintiff, and Sir Henry Berkeley, knight, Lord Berkeley, and Katherine his wife, deforciants, of three messuages, four cottages, eight gardens, eight orchards, three hundred acres of land, forty acres of meadow, sixty acres of pasture and one hundred acres of heath in Styvechall, alias Stychall. The said Sir Henry and Katherine recognise the said property to be the right of the said Robert, for which he gives 80 pounds. Each indenture is endorsed: Robert Turner had no heires so that these lands came to the chiefe lord that had the homage and service and chiefe rent [LG]
