Left hand indenture of a fine levied at Westminster in the five weeks of Easter, 3 William and Mary, between Katherine Gregory, widow, plaintiff, and Isaac Hale, gent., and Margaret his wife, deforciants, of two messuages, two cottages, eight gardens, seventy acres of land, eight acres of meadow, eight of pasture, ten of wood and heath, and common of pasture in Stivechall and Exhall, and half a messuage, garden, orchard, five acres of land, two of meadow and fifteen of pasture in Exhall. The said Isaac and Margaret recognize the said property to be the right of the said Katherine as by their gift, and for this the said Katherine gives 200 pounds.
