Description

Conveyance from Sir John Francklin of Wilsdon, co. Middx., knight, and Dame Elizabeth his wife, and Robert Robertes of Hinxworth, co. Herts., clerk, and Jane his wife, to David Bull of Stichall, gent., for 310 pounds, of a messuage, garden, orchard and croft with one yardland of arable land and meadow, and a cottage with garden and croft situated in Stivechall, alias Stichall; also a messuage, with garden and croft and six selions of land in the fields of Stivechall (which messuage lies on the north part of the said town of Stichall); and also a cottage with orchard and backside in Stivechall; to hold the same to the said David Bull for ever.
