Description

Lease from Arthur Gregorie, esq. lord of Stychall, to Edward Fynneys of Coventr', gent., for 4 pounds, of a house with a little close and an orchard and two gardens adjoining, situated in Stichall, and now in the occupation of Thomas Hersale; together with common of pasture for three beasts and a yearling on the commons of Stychall; to hold the same from the death of the said Thomas Hearsale for a term of 21 years, rendering annually 8 shillings (2 terms); and the said Edward may, if he wishes, pull down the said house or other buildings appurtaining; and he may also cut down all old trees, bushes and undergrowth, and lop and crop all other trees.
