Assignment from Edward Holte of Duddeston, esq. to Thomas Edge of Coventrye, smith, for £35, of a lease and a term of years which he had by the grant of Arthur Gregory of Stychall, alias Styvechall', esq. bearing date 7 November 16 Elizabeth [no. 817] of and in a messuage with appurtenances in Stychall in the occupation of the said Thomas Edge and Robert Bennett; with the further assignment of his interest in a cottage with close adjoining in Stychall, in the tenure of the said Robert Bennett, which he had by the assignment of Henry Brunte the elder of Stychall, deceased, bearing date 8 January 17 Elizabeth [1574/5]; to hold the same to the said Thomas for the residue of the term of years yet to come free from any claim which may be made by reason of a lease from the said Edward to the said Thomas of a parcel of the same premises, bearing date 28 February 17 Elizabeth, or by reason of a lease from the said Edward to Robert Bennett of the said messuage, bearing date 10 January 17 Elizabeth.
