Gift with warranty from Simon Malyns of Staverton' to Thomas de Wynterton' chaplain, and Roger Cook (Cocus) of Staverton' of one toft with a curtilage adjoining in Stonleye which the said Simon had by the grant of Alexander de Fynburgh' and which lie between the messuage formerly of John le Fytheler and the land called Schuckeburghlone in breadth, and in length from the high road there to the river Sowe; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: John ?Mounfrel, Thomas de Fynham, William de Braundon' and others. Dated at Stonley, Sunday after the Feast of the Ascension, 28 Edward III. Seal on tag: oval, white.
