Description

Gift with warranty from Dionisia Rokkeby of Coventr' in her widowhood to John Gwyneth' of Couentr', tailor, and Katherine, his wife, of all her lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services with appurtenances in the vill and fields of Fynham within the manor of Stonley; to hold the same to the said John and Katherine and their heirs of the chief lord of the fee, or, in default of such heirs, to the grantor and her heirs for ever. Witnesses: Robert Burdet, John Julian, Roger Stok' of Fynham, Robert Felison of Kenileworth' and others. Dated at Stonley, Monday after the feast of St. Bartholomew the Apostle, 17 Richard II.
