Copy will of Josiah Southam, citizen and distiller of London. To mother Alice Southam: real estate in Ilmington. To wife Sarah : all other real estate and personal estate. Wife sole executor. Witnesses: John Evans, I. Thomas. Proved in Prerogative Court of Canterbury, 5 July 1737.
