Copy will of Robert Bell Wheler, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. All real and personal estate to sister Anne Wheler. £50 each to executors: nephews Robert Wheler Bush and William Harrington Bush, and David Rice, Stratford-upon-Avon, surgeon. Property of which testator is mortgagee: to executors. Witnesses: Job Hobbins, Law stationer, Stratford-upon-Avon Betsy Ward, Stratford-upon-Avon. Testator died 15 July 1857. Proved in Prerogative Court of Canterbury 22 September 1857.
