Conveyance by William Yeate of Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman, to Joseph Woolmer of same place, gentleman, of a messuage in Chapel Street then in the occupation of the said William Yeate, Thomas Peters, and Elizabeth Richardson, widow, together with a little close containing three quarters of an acre and used as a garden, lying to the west of the said messuage and being in the tenure of Obediah Taylor, which premises were bounded on the north by a messuage belonging to the Mayor, Aldermen and burgesses of the Borough of Stratford-upon-Avon and in the occupation of Joseph Hunt, gent., and on the south by a messuage called the Falcon belonging to Thomas Bromley for £180.
