Description

Copy will of William Plumb, Longdon, Tredington, farmer. To brothers Thomas, Samuel and Daniel: share in farm and stock subject to payment of debts and legacies. To sister Mary Plumb £100 each whenever they should decide to leave home and live elsewhere. To brother Joseph Plumb £100 each whenever they should decide to leave home and live elsewhere. To brothers Richard and Edward Plumb and sister Sarah Gibbs: £50 each. To niece "daughter of my late brother [?in-law]Blackburn[Plumb] £10 at 21. Executors: Brothers Samuel and Daniel Plumb. Witnesses: Francis Findon, Ann Findon. Codicil, same date. If Daniel leaves farm then he loses share and gets £100. Codicil 10 February 1827 To brother Daniel: 1/3 share in premises at Darlingscott bought of Trustees of William Walford : 1/3 share of premises at Blackwell bought of Samuel Smith Witnesses: Thomas Wood, William Allen, Samuel Coleman. Proved at Worcester 6 October 1827.
