Reciting 30 May 1859 Will of Joseph Marshall, leaving leasehold premises in Stratford-upon-Avon to trustees to sell and pay interest to wife Elizabeth for life; left freehold premises in Shakespeare Street and Back Lane, Old Stratford, to trustees for use of wife for life then to sell and pay legacy of £100 to brother Robert Marshall.
