Draft indenture between George Hancox, Birmingham, William Bolton, Droitwich, butcher and Harriet his wife (née Hancox) George Garlick, Stratford-upon-Avon, teacher of music and Caroline his wife (née Hancox), Mary Ann Hancox, Snitterfield, spinster, Emma Hancox, Snitterfield, spinster, Joseph Hancox, Snitterfield, farmer and William Sisam, Walton, farmer and William Baldwin, Stratford-upon-Avon, cordwainer, being a joint receipt from Hancox' family, all children of Harriet Hancox, wife of George (née Marshall) as residuary legatees under the will of Joseph Marshall, Stratford-upon-Avon, grocer to Sisam and Baldwin as trustees and executors. Reciting 30 May 1859 Will of Joseph Marshall, leaving leasehold premises in Stratford-upon-Avon to trustees to sell and pay interest to wife Elizabeth for life; left freehold premises in Shakespeare Street and Back Lane, Old Stratford, to trustees for use of wife for life then to sell and pay legacy of £100 to brother Robert Marshall.
