Middx., gent., of an annuity charged upon a leasehold messuage, being no. 10 Skinner Street, for the lives of Charles Robert Hinrich, Ann Charlotte his wife and Henry Bromley Hinrich their son; and for securing the payment of the same, Thomas Abbotts agrees to surrender conditionally the premises in Great Kington described in no. 3
