Description
Conditions for selling by auction by William Sheldon at the Falcon Tavern on 28 June 1851 the premises referred to in ER60/19. Endorsed with an agreement of the same date, whereby John Ashfield of Stratford-upon-Avon, farmer, agreed to purchase the said property for £520. Signed: W. Sheldon and John Ashfield.
