Conveyance by John Dunn of Tiddington, yeoman, and Ann his wife (only daughter of Richard Brooks of Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman, deceased) to Richard Lord the younger of Stratford-upon-Avon, shoemaker, of a piece of garden ground in Walkers Street alias Scholars Lane then in the occupation of John Buck, having a messuage in the occupation of John Daffin on the West thereof, a passage leading to the bankside belonging to William Haywood on the East thereof, a piece of garden ground in the occupation of the said William Haywood on the North thereof and the said street on the South thereof containing in length about 26 yards and in breadth on the street side about 20½ yards in consideration of the £12 6s o.
