Description

Conveyance by the Rev. William Barrett, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, but then of Saintbury, co. Glos., clerk, to John Ashfield of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of the premises referred to in ER60/16, which since the death of Dinah Warrilow on 23 March 1843 had been occupied by the said William Barrett, for the sum of £520. Signed: William Barrett and John Ashfield. Seals of red wax. Witnesses: Robert H[iorne] Hobbes, Charles H. Rice and Henry Hunt. (See deeds appendix 3520) 2 m. Attached an undertaking by the solicitors to the Rev. William Barrett to pay all outgoings in respect of the premises above referred to 29 September 1851.
