Bargain and sale with warranty from John Suffock, of Lightorne, husbandman, son and heir of William Suffock, late of Kingeshull, by Margaret his wife, daughter and heir of John Colet, late of Kingeshull, to Thomas Gregory of Coventr', gent., for 20 marks, of a messuage with a croft adjoining and a virgate of land and meadow in Kingeshull, late in the tenure of William Suffock; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Appointment of Oliver Lynde of Coventr', mercer, and William Pype of Stonley, walker, as attornies to deliver seisin. Dated: 26 October, 5 Edward VI Seal on tag: circular, red. The letters RC. Endorsed with witnesses, very faded.
