Finham in Stoneleigh deeds and papers

Description

Lease from Loveisgod Gregorie of Hellenhull Grange in the parish of Stoneley, gent., to Henry Phillipps of Kingshill in the said parish, fuller, for 30 pounds, of two yardlands in Finham Feild, in the parish of Stoneley, five doles in Neither Finham Meadow in the same parish, now in the tenure of the said Henry Phillips, and Alderson Meadow, being Lammas ground, lying between Finham Feild and the river, now in the tenure of Thomas Grissold; to hold the same for 10 years, rendering annually 20 shillings (2 terms); and the said Henry Phillipps to maintain all the hedges, ditches and fences around Alderson Meadow at his own cost.
