Lease with warranty from Elizabeth le Noreys and Elena her daughter (uxor mea) to Richard Broun of Whytelee of five selions with headlands and other appurtenances in the fields of Hull' of which one half acre lies at Portbrugge between land of the Abbot of Stonleye and land of Richard Nichel, one half acre on Le Lynch between land of the said Abbot and land of the said Richard Nichel, one half acre `ate Brodemedewe' between land of the said Richard Nichel and Geoffrey de Balsecote, one half acre on Le Sladeforlong' between land of the said Abbot and Richard Nichel, and one rood on Banelondesforlong' between land of Richard Nichel and Richard Ferthwyne; to hold the same for 9 years from the feast of St. Michael, 6 Edward II, paying annually one rose.
