Pebworth and Broad Marston, an assignment

Description

Assignment from Richard Chattaway of Birmingham corn-dealer, cousin and heir of Francis Chattaway of Studley, gent., and George Webb of Feckenham, co. Worcs., gent., executor of the will (dated 14 September 1840, proved at Worcester on 29 October 1842) of Mary Chattaway deceased, herself the executrix of the will (dated 15 March 1828, proved at Canterbury 6 May 1828) of her late son the said Francis Chattaway, with the consent of William Pettipher and Michael Pettipher both of Pebworth farmers, to William Palmer the younger of Birmingham gent., reciting nos. 40-41, and 46, for £700, of a mortgage, dated 15 and 16 February 1822, of two plots of land in Pebworth.
