Gift from Henry Lockewood. `in sacra theologia professor', Master of Christ's College, Cambridge, and the fellows and scholars of the same to George, earl of Huntingdon and Francis Hastynges, knight, lord Hastynges, son and heir apparent of the said earl, of the office of seneschal in the manors of Dythesworth', Kegworth' and Hathern', co. Leics., and of all other manors, demesnes, messuages, etc. which the said College has in Leicestershire; to hold the said office for the duration of their lives and to receive 20 shillings annually from the receipts of the bailiffs.
