Exemplification of a recovery suffered by Thomas Marres to John Nethermyll' through Baldwin Porter, his attorney, of the manor of Exall' with 4 messuages, 300 acres of land, 100 acres of meadow, 200 acres of pasture, 40 acres of wood, 100 acres of heath and 10 shillings rent in Exall', Folleshull' alias Folleshyll [Foleshill] and Keresley, with Thomas Botiller, knight, as vouchee. Dated: 6 November, 30 Henry VIII. Seal of Court of Common Pleas on tag, incomplete. Endorsed: a recovery, 30 H. 8, between Nethermill [and] Marres, manor of Exhall, lands in Exall, Foleshill and Keresley.
