Gift with warranty from Roger de Finham dwelling (manens) in Hulle to Robert de Lokinton', of one acre of arable land in the field of Finham lying in breadth between land which Thomas Gilbertes formerly held and land which Thomas de Finham held and extending in length from the road called Colkarte Weye to the meadow called Merdene; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee, rendering annually one rose at the Feast of St. John the Baptist.
