Description

Lease from John Gregorie of Stivechall, gent., to Henry Gamble, Timothy Bartlett, William Lante and John Wesburye, all of Kingshill, husbandmen, of a close called the Woodde Feilde in Kingshill in the tenure of the said Henry Gamble, Timothy Bartlett, William Lante and John Westburie; to hold the same for 3 years, rendering annually 10 pounds; and they may not yield up the said premises to any person unless they be recovered by process of the common law [see nos. 1667-9].
