Description

Lease from John Gregorie of Stivechall, gent., to William Launte of Kingshill, husbandman, of a messuage with close adjoining in Kingshill, in the tenure of the said William Launte; to hold the same for three years, rendering annually 20 shillings, with the proviso that he will not yield up the said premises to any person unless it be recovered by process of common law [See nos. 1667-9].
