Gift with warranty from Robert son and heir of Richard de Balscote of Hulle to Robert Le Bonde, cook, of 15 pence of annual rent with appurtenances in Hulle in the manor of Stonelye which he (the grantor) used to receive from Alexander de Schirford' for tenements which he held in Hulle; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: William Blundel, John Campion, Richard de Daddeley, William Rudde, Philip de Hulle, Alexander de Fynneborou, Thomas de Fynham and others. Dated at Stonleye, Thursday next after the Feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, 12 Edward III. Seal on tag: circular, red. A lion couchant beneath two sprays of foliage surmounted by a man's head.
