Indenture of lease from William Pruddon of Stratford upon Aven, `yeman', to Thomas Balsale, master, of the Gild of the Holy Cross, etc., Thomas Davbys and Philip Baker, proctors, and the aldermen of the same Gild, of a tenement in Stratford in Henley Strete between a tenement of the Warden of the College of St. Thomas the Martyr then in the tenure of the said Philip Baker, and a barn then in the tenure of the said William Pruddon, which tenement the grantor had of the gift and feoffment of William Lokyer of Weston, son of John Lokyer formerly of Stratford; to hold for term of the life of the said William Lokyer, with reversion to the Master, proctors and aldermen of the said Gild, paying a yearly rent to the said William Lokyer of 13s.4d Dated 12 January, 1 Edward IV Seal lost
