Counterpart of lease, indented, from Hugh Salford, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross etc. of Stratford upon Auen, and William Beoley and William Staffordshyre proctors, with the assent of the aldermen of the said Gild, to John Weoley, `smyzth', of a half burgage with a house now built on it in Stratford in Rotherstrete, between a half burgage of the said Gild which John Colyer held on the south side and another half burgage which Isabella James held of the Gild on the north side, for 50 years at an annual rent of 3 shillings, the tenant to keep the house in good repair Witnesses: John Burnham, `capitalis ballivus', Thomas Payntour and Nicholas Mayel, `sub-ballivi', John Mayel, barker, John Blaunfron and others Dated at Stratford, Monday after the feast of St. Hilary, the Bishop, 9 Henry VI Seal lost
