Bond from Edmund Gregorye of Backington, gent., to Arthur Gregory of Stivichall, esq., in 50 pounds, to abide by the judgement of Robert Burgoyn, now sheriff of the county of Warwick, and Edward Grevill, esq., on an extent of 1000 pounds made against the lands of the said Arthur by the said Edmund, his brother; or, should these arbitrators fail to reach a decision, by the judgement of Michael Fynderne, esq.
