Quitclaim with warranty from Richard Doubelday of Cateby to Richard Segrave of Peyghtilton' and his heirs of all his right in a messuage and virgate in the vill and lands of Cateby which he once held of the fee of the priory of Donstapl' and with which he had enfeoffed the said Richard Segrave. Witnesses: John son of Richard de Cateby, Robert de Cateby,clerk, William son of William of the same, William Heneke of the same, William Laukyn of the same and others. Dated at Cateby, Monday after the feast of St. Peter ad Vincula, 2 Edward III. Seal on tag: circular, white. An eagle, rising, reguardant.
