Gift with warranty from William Dalhan to William Moubray of Stivechale of two acres of land in the fields of Kingeshulle of which one half acre lies on the furlong called le Brech between the land of the Abbot of Stonl' and the land of Richard Fordwyn, one half acre lies in le Wodefelt in the furlong called le Ruycroft between the land which Alan de Hulle once held and the land which Geoffrey de Balescot once held, and one half acre lies in le Brocfelt at le Botteschurn' next land of Roger de Finham and land which Richard Elys once held, extending in length from le Lowe to Brocforlong, and one half acre lies on le Schorteforlong next land of the Abbot of Stonle and land which Alan de Hulle once held, extending from the headland of Lowe to the meadow called Nechullemedewe; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee.
