Description

Confirmation from Thomas de Aula, for the safety of his soul and for those of his ancestors and successors, to God and the Blessed Mary of Quarr' and the monks there serving God of the whole gift of Roger Mobrai in frankalmoign to the abbot from his (Thomas') fee; namely from the holding of Robert son of Ralph as is shown by the charters of the said Roger and Robert. Witnesses: Walter de Insul', William de Sorewoll', sheriff, Thomas de Meriet, constable, Jordan de Insul', Roger de Lilebon, Robert de Barevill' and many others. Tag, seal lost. Endorsed: Mobray
