F. 1. Memorandum dated 22 October 1689 from John Cure of Brinklow yeoman, to Katherine Gregory widow, that he will accept £15 from the said Katherine in settlement of all debts, and repay to her any money already laid down on his account in excess of this sum. Signed: John Cure. Circular red seal applied. A swan. Witnesses: Christopher Greswold (by mark), Benjamin Turville. Endorsed: Mr Cuers bond for seven pownd F. 2. Receipt from the said John to the said Katherine for £15. Dated: 22 October 168[9]; same witnesses. Endorsed: Mr Cures release and discharge.
