Description

Lease with warranty from Ranulph de Stivichale to Lady Margery his mother of half a virgate of land and appurtenances in Stivichale, namely that which Thorbern held; to hold of the said Ranulph paying annually 6 pence at the four terms customary in Coventr' in lieu of all services, etc. except forensic service, from the feast of St. Michael 1248, for a term of 10 years; for which the said Margaret gives 2 marks. Witnesses: Richard Erniis, Hugh de Stivichale, Walter de Morton', John de Kannele, Gilbert forestar', William de Kannele Walter Donard, John de Barwe and others.
