Description

Gift with warranty from Philip le Norizun of Warewic' to John de Baruwe of Styvichale of four shillings annual rent with wardships, reliefs, escheats and other appurtenances in the vill of Stivichale which William de Moubray was accustomed to pay to the said Philip, and which the said Philip had by the gift of Margery lady of Styvichale; to hold of the said Philip for ever paying annually two pence at Michaelmas, and a heriot, at the death of the said John, of 4 shillings; and for this the said John gives 4 marks. Witnesses: Robert le Wodeward of Styvichale, Rannulph son of Hugh the priest, Richard de Canneville, Ralph de Wytele, Adam Mile, Richard son of William de Warewic', William de Tywe of the same and others.
