Articles of agreement between William Holyoak of Morton Bagot, gent. and Hannah Baker of Henley-in-Arden, widow, for the sale and purchase of the Red Lion Inn, Henely-in-Arden together with lands late in the tenure of William Pretty for the sum of £900 of which £250 to be paid immediately and £200 to be paid before 29 September 1699, the residue of £450 to be secured by mortgage for payment in 1702, with interest at 4%.
