General remarks include the following: The estate is situated near the thriving country town of Henley-in-Arden, in the parish of Wootton Wawen, about 14 miles from Birmingham. The North Warwickshire line of the Great Western Railway runs through the estate, and Danzey Green station is within half a mile. For the disposal of farm stock and produce, Henley-in-Arden and Stratford are excellent markets. The farms are let at very moderate rents; the cottages are considerably underlet. The general state of repair of buildings on the estate is good. In various cases it has been found desirable for the purpose of sale to divide a farm now in the occupation of one tenant between two or more lots. Where such is the case, the existing rental has been apportioned... Except where otherwise stated, the purchaser of each lot shall pay for the timber the amount stated in these particulars.
