An abstract of proceedings in court relating to the case of Edmund Gregory versus Arthur Gregory, beginning with a record of proceedings at Coventry in Hilary Term, 32 Elizabeth [1590] relating to the original charge of Edmund Gregory that he had not received satisfaction for a bond from Arthur Gregory to Edmund Gregory, a certain John Gregory, esq., and Jeremy Gregory, gent., in 1000 pounds, acknowledged before William Smallwood and Thomas Gregory on 20 October, 9 Elizabeth [1567]; and ending with a statement by Edmund Gregory in court at Fleet Street, London, on 14 February, 8 James [1610] that he has received full satisfaction for the said 1000 pounds.
