William Pyrrye v. Henry Rogers

Description

List of jurors and statement of cause. The defendant, in consideration of sixpence paid to him by Pyrrye, undertook that, if he should play at dice at any time within one year from a certain day named, he would pay to the plaintiff the sum of £10. The jurors' finding was,--"we do sease domages x.li and for costes of sute j.d."
