Assignment from John Skermer of Shinnel in South Littleton, co. Worcs., gent., with the consent of Thomas Woolaston of Pebworth yeoman, to Charles Welch of Evesham, co. Worcs., gent., for £31 10s. 0d., paid to the said John Skermer and £3 10s. 0d. to the said Thomas Woolaston, of a mortgage, recited (no. 17) of a messuage and one quarter of a yardland and common of pasture for one cow in Pebworth.
